And by eavesdropping around, I see it's not only me.
Oh, sure most of us will say a good story is x, y, z, but then x, y, z is always subjective to the temperament of the describer. That's the first rule I learned about English. English is subjective, unlike math where I found 1 + 1 persistently equaled 2.

Okay, so I finished reading Bone Black by Bell Hooks. Kind of had my hopes to take on three books this week but this one, and it’s a small book, spun me around a few more times than I counted on.
